Eurofins DiscoverX seeks a dynamic Cell Production Manager to lead our Cell Production and Bioassay Manufacturing team in Fremont, CA. This leader will drive operational excellence, support new product introductions, and ensure high-quality, scalable cell-based products in a fast-growing portfolio.

You will combine scientific expertise with people leadership and disciplined operations to improve workflows, quality, and throughput while maintaining a safe and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in life sciences or equivalent industrial experience.
• At least 5 years of cell-based production experience in an industrial or academic setting.
• Experience with GLP or GMP is preferable.
• Experience supervising diverse laboratory staff is preferable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operation of bioassay and cell line manufacturing to drive quality, efficiency and capacity.
• Support VP of Operations with planning and strategies to improve TAT, on-time delivery and revenue targets.
• Lead activities for new product introductions and Lean programs; manage volume and product transfers.
