Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Malvern, PA, is seeking a Co-Op for the TDS Clinical Operations group. The six-month program runs January–June 2027, full-time on-site (40 hours/week).

You will support day-to-day Pilot Plant operations, technology transfer for New Product Introduction, and capital projects while gaining hands-on experience in experimental execution, data analysis, and technical documentation. You will work with cross-functional teams, maintain lab records, and participate in DOE activities

Qualifications

• Undergraduate freshman year must be completed.
• Pursuing Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 across college coursework.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Pilot Plant and manufacturing operations.
• Assist with technology transfer activities related to New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Contribute to capital projects and Pilot Plant expansion activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Assist with laboratory and technical activities associated with ongoing projects.
• Analyze and interpret experimental and operational results using analytical and statistical techniques.
• Participate in technical discussions and DOE activities to address knowledge gaps and project objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners and participate in project meetings.
• Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks, technical documentation, and project records.
• Communicate project progress, findings, and results to stakeholders.
• Provide additional technical and project support as needed.
