Qualifications

• BS or MS in biology or related field with 1+ years in a research lab or biopharma/biotech setting.
• Experience with recombinant DNA techniques and plasmid workflows.
• Proficiency in cloning technologies and sequence analysis; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate, store, and distribute DNA plasmids to support CLD pipeline and tech development.
• Retrieve stored DNA plasmids and manage DNA upscaling in-house and at CROs.
• Perform quality control on new DNA batches and deliver finished materials to requestors.
• Process new DNA batches and enter metadata into repository and freezer tracking system.
• Collaborate across teams; troubleshoot and solve problems with initiative and judgment.
