Job summary

Magpul Industries Corp. is seeking a Cell Lead to coordinate assembly operations, uphold quality and safety, and supervise cell-level activities across production lines.

The role requires ensuring throughput targets and cross-training staff, with initial training on the first shift for 60–90 days before moving to the second shift. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a high-volume assembly lead role, with strong problem-solving and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year in a high-volume assembly environment in a lead role preferred.
• Must be able to train and mentor new employees.
• Able to maintain safe, quality, and throughput standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and weekly production based on the build schedule.
• Monitor material flow and inventory accuracy on the floor.
• Ensure safety practices are followed and address unsafe conditions.
• Provide basic cell-level supervision and mentoring for Line Leads.
• Support cross-training and process improvements to reduce waste.
