Corning Incorporated is seeking an aspiring Cell Lead in a Training Program to operate press and assembly lines, ensuring safe, efficient production of pipettes, plates and racks. Openings exist on Day, Swing, and Grave shifts. Requires 1–3 years of manufacturing experience and leadership potential, with a High School Diploma or GED.

Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $23.25 per hour, with eligibility for company bonuses and comprehensive benefits. The position does not sponsor immigration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate line equipment in assigned cell and support multiple cells when required.
• Record production information and monitor output quality and quantity.
• Complete production records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Stage raw materials and finished products per procedures.
• Relieve team members for breaks and rotate duties as needed.
