• Execute the daily/weekly goals plan from the General Manager.
• Assist in training of new employees.
• Ensure build process is followed while mitigating issues.
• Lead by example to meet production expectations.
• Support scheduling by tracking builds on hold due to parts.
• Communicate unsafe conditions to management.
• Help develop SOPs/WIs with management.
• Coordinate with maintenance on equipment issues.
• Other duties assigned by management.
