Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in North Dartmouth, MA to oversee the 2nd shift (3:30 pm–2:00 am). You will supervise dock operations, coordinate shipments, and lead receivers to ensure accurate processing and safe storage.

The role requires 2–3 years in supply chain or warehouse operations, strong leadership, and familiarity with WMS and SAP. Benefits include day-1 medical, dental, and vision, along with PTO and 401k options.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; leadership courses preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or shipping/receiving.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred for task delegation and training staff.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software (e.g., SAP), and barcode scanners.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift; regularly lift/move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to resolve vendor/staff issues.

Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Base Pay starts at $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday, 3:30 pm - 2:00 am

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervises the daily operations of a warehouse or manufacturing loading dock. Coordinate and inspect incoming shipments, manage inventory flow, and lead a team of receivers to ensure goods are accurately processed, safely stored, and distributed to production lines

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree or business/logistics courses are often preferred for leadership.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or shipping and receiving.
• Leadership: Prior supervisory or team lead experience is strongly preferred for delegating daily tasks and training staff
• Technical: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (such as SAP), and barcode scanners.
• Physical: Ability to stand and walk throughout a full shift, and regularly lift/move heavy objects (typically up to 50 lbs).
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail to catch discrepancies, and effective communication skills to resolve conflicts with vendors or staff
