Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of the overall drug development process relevant to CGT operations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and ISO relevant to CGT.
• Advanced understanding and proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Project, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Good proficiency with project management practices, tools, and methodology.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to resolve difficult business situations and communicate complex issues clearly.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and present persuasively.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate subject matter expertise in CGT project delivery across development and transfer.
• Oversee planning, delivery, and communication of CGT projects.
• Facilitate meetings, ensure stakeholder alignment, and manage project financials.
• Develop project deliverables and conduct reviews with client leadership.
• Drive status reporting and risk mitigation across projects.
• Support staffing and resource recommendations for client projects.
