Job summary

RoslinCT is seeking a Program Manager to lead the lifecycle of internal and client-facing biotech projects. You will drive initiation through execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with client goals and company objectives.

The role requires 5+ years in leadership and PM within Biopharma GMP, with strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills to support our clients and patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology or equivalent.
• 5+ years of upper management and 5+ years of client-facing PM experience.
• Experience in Biopharma GMP environments and cell/gene therapy familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple related projects from initiation to execution.
• Lead internal and client-facing project teams to plan and deliver.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, and change orders.
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
