Job summary

Pharmaron Beijing Co. Ltd. seeks a Project Manager for CGT and Biologics Bioanalytical Services in Woburn, MA. You will coordinate scientific account management for bioanalytical testing and in-vivo services for CGT/biologics projects, driving growth and industry leadership.

The role requires a strong background in project management within bioanalytical CROs, familiarity with GLP/GCLP, GMP, and CLIA, and the ability to draft study proposals, budgets, and scopes with clear client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, life sciences, pharmacology, or chemistry; Advanced degree (Master's or higher) preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the bioanalytical CRO.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements: GLP/GCLP, GMP, CLIA.
• Ability to independently draft study proposals, budgets, and project scope of work.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication skills for client interactions.
• Motivation to learn and adapt to evolving industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate understanding of Pharmaron's bioanalytical testing workflow and regulatory requirements.
• Enhance knowledge of departmental capabilities, procedures, equipment and SOPs.
• Design projects with Study Directors to meet sponsor needs and be cost-effective; provide scientific consultations.
• Create compelling study proposals with budgets and scopes.
• Maintain effective client communication and manage expectations with updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; maintain comprehensive documentation.
