Job summary

ProPharma is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager for CGT programs. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary CGT projects from planning through delivery, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure milestones are met.

Role requires 10+ years in CGT/pharma, strong budget and schedule management, and excellent English communication. Hybrid work is available, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in CGT/pharma/biotech project management.
• Experience using project management software (MS Project or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead CGT projects from planning to delivery and close.
• Manage budgets, timelines, scope, and client communications.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks; monitor schedule and quality.
• Support sales and staffing efforts with content and resumes.
