Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical operations, and/or project leadership within pharma/biotech/CRO
• Deep oncology therapeutic expertise with CGT, CAR-T, TCR-T, gene editing or ATMP programs preferred
• Demonstrated success leading global oncology portfolios and building executive relationships
• Proven ability to lead large, global, multi-regional clinical studies with financial responsibility
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Ability to lead matrixed, cross-functional teams in a global environment
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large, complex global clinical studies and multi-study programs, translating customer objectives into operational strategies
• Provide operational leadership across programs, ensuring quality, financial performance and milestone delivery
• Serve as senior sponsor contact, building trusted relationships and driving collaborative solutions
• Lead global matrixed teams across clinical operations, data management, safety, regulatory and other functions
• Identify operational and strategic risks, implement mitigation plans and drive issue resolution
• Oversee program financial performance, forecasting, scope management and change control
• Contribute to proposal development, strategic planning and bid defense for large opportunities
• Drive process improvement to enhance delivery efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction
• Mentor and develop project leaders and cross-functional team members
