Qualifications

• High school/GED with 2 years of manufacturing or operations experience.
• Associates degree with 6 months of manufacturing or operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering preferred.
• GMP knowledge and CFR/regulatory familiarity are expected.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing operations in cell culture at the Rhode Island facility.
• Follow GMP and document activities in batch records.
• Execute vessel CIP/SIP, sampling, and process monitoring.
• Draft and revise Manufacturing Procedures, SOPs, and technical reports.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and review documentation for assigned functions.
• Identify improvements and support LEAN initiatives.
