Qualifications

• Master's degree in life sciences or related discipline.
• Minimum eight years of relevant scientific experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex assay development, validation, transfer, and troubleshooting workstreams requiring advanced technical judgment and cross-team coordination.
• Develop troubleshooting strategies for challenging methods, ambiguous results, and recurring issues; propose clear paths forward.
• Serve as principal investigator or scientific lead for assigned projects with accountability for scope, timelines, scheduling, client communication, proposals, and budget considerations.
• Direct scientific setup and delivery of studies, including LIMS setup, deviation handling, and training materials preparation.
• Prepare or review validation, qualification, and sample analysis plans, reports, and technical justifications.
