Job summary

Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, LLC (ICE) in Pensacola, FL is seeking a CEI Project Administrator / Project Engineer with FDOT experience to oversee project administration and coordination. The role requires direct client interaction, schedule tracking, and coordination with field staff.

Qualified candidates will hold a Florida PE license or be eligible to obtain one within 6 months, with CEI/FDOT project experience and the ability to work on-site in Pensacola.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and a safe driving record.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with CEI and FDOT projects preferred.
• Certifications must be obtained within 6 months from hire date.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project administration and coordination for FDOT-related CEI projects.
• Interact directly with clients and prospects; manage client communications.
• Monitor project progress to ensure schedules and contract requirements are met.
• Review and modify project schedules, specifications, and drawings.
• Prepare Supplemental Agreements and Work Orders per FDOT specs; pursue future work.
