A construction consulting firm based in Orlando, FL is seeking an Assistant CEI Project Administrator. This role involves supporting the Project Administrator in contract administration and field inspection tasks. Candidates must have a high school diploma and demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office. Certifications in Construction Training & Qualification Program are preferred but can be obtained within 6 months. Qualifications
CTQP Final Estimates Level 2 or ability to achieve within 6 months of hire.
CTQP Asphalt Roadway Level I/Level II or ability to achieve within 6 months of hire.
FDOT Intermediate MOT certification.
Responsibilities
Assist the Project Administrator in construction contract administration.
Coordinate construction meetings and produce minutes.
Assist with office-related duties such as estimates and compliance.
Develop initiative to anticipate tasks.
Support CEI team in office-related tasks.
