Feldco is seeking an Operations Manager for Cedar Rapids, IA, responsible for leading daily operations from measurement through installation and service. The role emphasizes customer delight, scheduling efficiency, and team development in a full-time, on-site capacity.

You will oversee field operations, work with subcontracted crews, and manage CRM and inventory systems while ensuring safety and quality standards across all projects.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in home improvement or construction industries.
• 2+ years of prior management experience in home improvement or construction.
• Detail oriented, organized and efficient. No tolerance for errors.

Responsabilidades

• Document and execute customer contract requirements to delight customers.
• Oversee scheduling, measurements, installations, and service to meet timelines and standards.
• Use Feldco CRM and inventory systems to manage contracts, appointments, scheduling, and inventory.
• Provide leadership in the field, coaching technicians and installers for quality and safety.
• Address performance issues with timely coaching and corrective action.
• Conduct performance reviews focusing on development and succession planning.
• Optimize productivity, inventory, and space to support efficient operations and budget adherence.
• Recruit, develop, and manage relationships with subcontracted crews meeting Feldco’s standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, regulatory, and administrative requirements.
