Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a skilled analyst to support CECL, Credit Loss Forecasting, and Stress Testing for consumer and commercial lending portfolios. You will extract results from CECL platforms and use Dataiku, PowerBI, and Excel to analyze and report on loss forecasts.

The role requires 4–6 years in credit loss analytics, proficiency in Python or SQL, and strong Excel capabilities. This position is based in Charlotte, NC, with full-time hours and opportunities to contribute to

Qualifications

Bachelor degree required in business or mathematical science.
4–6 years of experience in credit loss analytics and/or loss forecasting.
Working knowledge of Python or SQL required.
Strong analytical skills.
Microsoft Excel experience required.

Responsibilities

Use CECL platform to extract and analyze credit loss model results.
Use Dataiku, PowerBI, Excel, or other analytic platforms to calculate, analyze, or report on CECL reserves and other loss forecasts.
Update standard tables and commentary in CECL, Credit Loss Forecasting, and Stress Testing presentations.
Analyze economic forecast data and explain its relevance to changes in loss forecasts.
Assist in maintaining process and procedures documentation.
Perform ad hoc analysis of consumer and commercial lending portfolios related to various aspects of credit risk.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
