The Collections Specialist provides support to Sun Loan customers and branch offices from a centralized call center located in San Antonio, TX.

As a Collections Specialist, you will take a mix of inbound and outbound calls while collecting on past due or delinquent accounts. By building a strong rapport with your customer, you will be able to make an impact on the business. Your passion for customer service and inner competitiveness will allow you to excel in our fast‑paced environment.

Candidates local to the San Antonio market are preferred.

Work Schedule

• 10am – 7pm Monday – Friday
• 2 Saturdays/month Possibly more as determined by the specific needs of the business
• 4-week paid training (8am – 5pm). Training hours may not coincide with your assigned schedule.
