Job summary

TRIMEDX is seeking a senior leader to own a clinical engineering operation with P&L responsibility, shaping performance, people, and patient impact. You will oversee multi-site operations, budgets, and compliance while building and coaching a high-performing team.

You have 5+ years in clinical engineering leadership, a solid engineering background, and strong financial acumen. This role requires influencing hospital executives and ensuring readiness for inspections and audits.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading teams and driving operational performance.
  • Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs).
  • Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred.

What You Need
  • 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen (required)

  • Experience requirements will be waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program.
