Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive experience for non-Civil Engineering degreed applicant.
• 10+ years of experience for Civil Engineering and PE applicant.
• Preference for experience with SCDOT Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction and contract administration oversight on SCDOT and municipal projects statewide.
• Coordinate with contractor staff to resolve field issues.
• Apply Good Faith Partnering on project sites.
• Communicate regularly with the client’s construction professional counterpart.
• Plan, organize, and manage project teams including field staff and subconsultants.
• Review subconsultant invoices for accuracy and compliance with contracts.
• Oversee all aspects of construction to ensure compliance with SCDOT specs.
• Evaluate claims and delays, coordinating timely resolutions.
