Job summary

HDR is looking for a Project Manager with CEI experience to lead construction engineering and inspection activities for major infrastructure projects in South Carolina. You will guide teams, ensure quality and safety, and collaborate with clients and agencies to deliver on schedule.

Responsibilities include contract administration, change management, QA/QC, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders while supporting business development and mentoring CEI staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7 years related experience.
• 2 years project management experience.
• Ability to interact with design teams and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to employee-owned culture and collaborative work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all CEI activities for major infrastructure projects.
• Administer construction contracts, review/change orders, RFI's, and claims.
• Manage QA/QC programs with proper inspection, testing and documentation.
• Coordinate with governing agencies for project compliance.
• Support business development, proposals, interviews, and client relations.
• Track financials and adjust work to the schedule.
• Mentor and develop CEI staff.
• This position is subject to a pre-employment drug test.
