Job summary

Emory Healthcare in Atlanta seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager to join the Leadership Team, overseeing daily clinical and operational functions to ensure seamless patient care across the continuum.

You will lead staff, drive clinical practice development, and manage performance, quality, safety, compliance, and scheduling, reporting to the Nurse Manager; develop and evaluate systems that promote high-quality, cost-effective care.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• 3+ years of professional nursing practice in acute and/or ambulatory care settings.
• 1+ year in lead, supervisory, management, and/or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and drive quality and safety initiatives.
• Oversee daily clinical and operational workflows to ensure seamless patient care.
• Manage performance, compliance, and staff development.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate operations with the triad leadership team.
