Job summary

Crystal Stairs, Inc. seeks a CDSS Quality Control Program Coordinator (Supervisor) to supervise program monitoring, data collection, file audits, and reporting to meet department goals.

This role provides direct supervision to Quality Control Specialists and ensures CDSS contract compliance and program quality management. You will partner with the Family Services Manager to implement corrective actions and present findings to stakeholders, while maintaining up-to-date documentation and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
• Experience supervising a team and ensuring contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee audit compliance checks for the CDSS Department.
• Review contract changes to ensure integrity and compliance.
• Monitor quarterly findings and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to mitigate risk.
• Represent the agency with CDSS, LA Alliance, CAPPA, etc.
