Job summary

RiVidium Inc. seeks a technically proficient Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) Strategist & Policy Planner to govern secure cross-domain capabilities.

You will develop strategies, policies, and governance frameworks to defend networks, enable federated CDS services, and mature cross-domain expertise across the enterprise. You will be the primary technical advisor on policy boards, applying DoD/IC laws and standards, and working with Cloud Architects to ensure security baselines across deployments.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/Sci clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
• Preferred fields: CS, Cybersecurity, IT, Software Eng., IS, CE, Math, or related engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assess and understand data types to determine CDS filtering, decoding, and sanitization requirements.
• Design and implement a cross-domain strategy; develop, staff, and publish CDS governance policies.
• Apply CNSSI 1253, NIST 800-53, and RTB to CDS policy and guard technologies.
• Define secure data transfer solutions across multiple classification levels (NIPR, SIPR, JWICS).
• Advocate for CDS capabilities on policy boards and build consensus on changes to architecture, data schemas, and security postures.
• Monitor CDS policies through audits and assessments to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
• Promote cyber workforce development around cross-domain skills and CDS awareness.
• Collaborate with Cloud Architects and CDS Engineers to ensure security baselines before production.
