Job summary

OPSWAT, Inc. is seeking a Director of Cross-Domain Solutions to own the CDS product strategy, packaging, and assurance roadmap, delivering a cohesive offering built on our CDR-based Transformation Engine and multi-scan portfolio for Five Eyes and allied defense communities.

You will lead architecture discussions, coordinate with GTM, Sales, and Solutions Engineering, and be the single accountable owner for a repeatable, high-assurance CDS that can deploy in on-prem, air-gapped, and classified

Qualifications

10+ years in product management or product leadership for security/infrastructure products.
Hands-on experience with cross-domain solutions, data diodes, and high-assurance systems.
Fluency with NSA/NCDSMO Raise the Bar, UK NCSC cross-domain principles, and accreditation processes.
Experience selling to government/defense via system integrators and partners.

Responsibilities

Own the cross-domain solution product strategy, packaging, and assurance roadmap.
Lead enablement with GTM, Sales SMEs, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering.
Package proofs-of-concept into a repeatable, priced CDS offering.
Develop demand-generation strategy and field playbooks for CDS.
Maintain executive-level pipeline visibility and business metrics.
