MRCI in Burnsville, MN is seeking a CDS Consultation Specialist to manage client directed services, educate participants, and support lead agency partners.

Qualifications

• Human services experience in customer service or direct service to participants planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in one of the listed fields or an equivalent combination.
• Associate’s degree plus one year of full-time experience with disability/elderly populations.

Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate CFSS program requirements.
• Market CDS services to participants, representatives, and lead agency personnel.
• Maintain a strong, customer-focused culture and timely service.
• Manage intake, plans and budgets, education, and problem solving.
• Update plans and budgets; input service authorizations; assist with renewals.
