Job summary

MRCI is seeking a CDS Program Specialist in Minnesota to serve as the first contact for clients, handling intake, payroll, and problem‑solving. The role involves promoting CDS programs to clients and county personnel, ensuring timely service, and staying updated on changes affecting CDS programs.

Responsibilities include budgeting, payroll processing, onboarding, and collaborating with counties, DHS, and providers to develop best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and independent decision‑making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout Minnesota.
• Must pass MN Department of Human Services background check.

• Starting at $21.23-26.54/hour (commensurate with experience)

Minimum Education Required

• High school diploma + 6 years of related human services experience
