Amazon is seeking a capacity planning professional to shape ultrafast delivery across North America. In this role you will design and implement long-term capacity models, analyze demand forecasts, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize network capacity for future growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement long-term capacity models considering customer coverage, demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and cost efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance network capacity.
• Define long-term building requirements that consider future business initiatives.
• Plan for new automation initiatives that impact building design, capacity, and costs.
