Job summary

Accenture is seeking a CDP consultant to design, build, and implement customer data platform initiatives across marketing channels. You will work with Adobe Experience Platform and other CDP tools to enhance segmentation, personalization and activation.

Requires 5+ years in marketing data management, MBA and strong communication. You will engage stakeholders, manage projects, and guide privacy/compliance considerations in a global, remote-capable environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing and digital data management/audience management.
• Experience with CDP platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP, Oracle Unity or Tealium.
• MBA or equivalent management qualification with marketing platform certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess client data management and CDP capabilities and provide optimization recommendations.
• Design and implement data-driven marketing programs for segmentation, personalization and activation.
• Define data sources, cleansing, transformation and integration into CDP across channels.
• Guide on privacy by design and compliance (CCPA, GDPR) for customer data handling.
• Lead CDP implementations (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform RT CDP) and collaborate with vendors.
