Job summary

Avantor is seeking a Customer Data Platform (CDP) Developer to design, implement, and maintain unified customer data solutions across digital and offline channels. You will collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, IT, and Data Engineering to integrate sources, build segmentation, and enable activation use cases while upholding data quality and governance.

The ideal candidate has experience with CDP platforms, data integration, identity resolution, and cloud-based architectures, and will drive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Analytics or related field.
3+ years in CDP, customer data management, or data engineering.
Experience with CDP platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Tealium, Segment, or similar.
Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain CDP environments and data models.
Develop and manage audience segments, identity resolution, and activation workflows.
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across CDP implementations.
Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, IT, and Data Engineering teams.
