Job summary

The Chamberlain Group is seeking a data-driven marketing technologist to join our CDP team. You will work with engineers to build integrations, deploy tags, and create audiences, while guiding stakeholders to shape enhancements and meet KPIs.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in customer data platforms, hands-on Tealium CDP experience, and strong project leadership, with willingness to travel 10% and excel in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer data platforms; 1+ years with Tealium CDP.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% internationally and domestically.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CDP engineers to build integrations, deploy tags, and create audiences.
• Educate stakeholders and shape requests for enhancements.
• Prioritize IT and vendor work to meet KPIs.
• Monitor CDP performance metrics to optimize targeting.
• Ensure best practices in CDP development and audience execution.
• Stay updated on best practices and trends.
