Qualifications

• 4+ years working with Content Delivery Networks — caching, routing, origin configuration, headers, and TLS
• 4+ years of production software development in Python, Go, or Node.js
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot HTTP and DNS issues in live production environments
• Experience analyzing logs and metrics to root-cause issues under time pressure

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CDN solutions tailored to needs across Apple
• Troubleshoot latency and availability issues with logs, DNS, and HTTP diagnostics
• Build tools to automate and speed up CDN workflows
• Collaborate with engineering teams across Apple to deploy scalable CDN solutions
