Qualifications

• 4+ years working with Content Delivery Networks (CDN) and TLS.
• 4+ years of production software development in Python, Go, or Node.js.
• Ability to troubleshoot HTTP and DNS issues in live production environments.
• Experience analyzing logs and metrics to root-cause issues under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CDN solutions tailored to needs across Apple platforms.
• Troubleshoot latency and availability issues; pull logs and run diagnostics.
• Build tools to automate workflows and improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams across Apple to deliver scalable CDNs.
