Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. in Madison, WI is seeking a hands-on Technical Consultant to design, configure, and implement our clinical data software. You will learn CDMS platforms and AI-enabled solutions while collaborating with customers and internal teams.

You will lead discovery workshops, tailor the Vault CDMS configuration, and manage project scope from design through go-live, driving value and reliability for clinical data management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or life science field preferred, such as Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering
• Clinical research or CRO exposure/workflow experience is beneficial
• Strong communication and analytical skills with a hands-on software mindset

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deliver CDMS solutions for customers.
• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Own study timelines and ensure milestones from design to go-live are met.
• Guide customers with best practices for long-term value and data management excellence
