Job summary

Birch Creek Post Acute & Rehabilitation in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead our dietary department in a dynamic skilled nursing setting. This full-time role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will plan and direct dietary operations, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise staff, develop menus with the Registered Dietitian, and maintain high sanitation standards to promote resident wellness.

Qualifications

• Active CDM certification required.
• CFPP certification preferred or required.
• 2+ years in dietary management, preferably in LTC/SNF.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all dietary operations.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, state and local regulations.
• Lead, schedule, and train dietary staff.
• Develop and oversee menus in collaboration with the Registered Dietitian.
• Maintain high sanitation and food safety standards.
• Partner with nursing and administrative staff to meet resident needs.
