Job summary

J Rose Logistics offers a Driver Training & Onboarding program for entry-level CDL holders. Paid orientation is conducted in Springdale, AR with travel and hotel provided, plus a $100 food stipend.

You will complete a minimum of 10 days of on-the-road mentorship and then upgrade to solo status after testing in Arkansas. Compensation features CPM pay with progression: $0.35 CPM during training, increasing to $0.70 CPM after 3 months and up to $0.80 CPM after one year, plus $40 breakdown pay after

3. Solo Upgrade: Return to Arkansas for your final testing and instantly upgrade to full solo status with your own assigned truck.

• Solo Launch: Start out at $0.35 CPM running an average of 2,500+ miles per wee during training.
• 90-Day Step-Up: Your pay increases significantly to $0.70 CPM after just 3 months of safe solo driving.

Job Requirements
