Job summary

Veolia is recruiting CDL A Drivers to support its environmental services operations in North America. You will be responsible for packing, transporting, and disposing of waste materials on your assigned route while complying with all safety and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, a high school diploma or GED, and up to 4 overnight stays per week with hotel expenses paid and per diem provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A CDL license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old by law.
• Preferred: TWIC Card, Tanker endorsement, Hazmat endorsement.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is important.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug test and DEA background check.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Join our team and be part of something bigger! We're looking for experienced CDL A Drivers who share our commitment to the environment, our customers, regulators, and our families. Traveling to locations on your assigned route, you will be responsible for packing, transporting and properly disposing of waste material in accordance with our environmentally responsible policies and procedures. This position requires up to 4 overnights per week (with paid hotel expenses and nightly per diem).

Qualifications

To qualify, you must have a high school diploma or GED and possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License. By law, you must be at least 21 years of age.

Preferred qualifications are a TWIC Card,Tanker endorsement and Hazmat endorsement. As you will interact with customers and internal staff, fluency in English (verbal and written) will be important.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a DOT physical, drug test and DEA background check.

Additional Information

$30/hourly
