Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking experienced CDL A Drivers to join our environmental operations. You will travel to assigned locations to pack, transport, and dispose of waste in accordance with our policies and procedures.

The position requires up to 4 overnight stays per week, with hotel expenses paid and nightly per diem provided. A high school diploma or GED and a valid Class A CDL are mandatory, along with successful completion of a DOT physical, drug test, and background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License required.
• Must be at least 21 years old by law.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) important.
• DOT physical, drug test and DEA background check required.

Responsibilities

• Pack, transport and properly dispose of waste material according to policies and procedures.

• Cover up to 4 overnight stays per week with paid hotel expenses and per diem.

Job Description

Join our team and be part of something bigger! We’re looking for experienced CDL A Drivers who share our commitment to the environment, our customers, regulators, and our families. Traveling to locations on your assigned route, you will be responsible for packing, transporting and properly disposing of waste material in accordance with our environmentally responsible policies and procedures. This position requires up to 4 overnights per week (with paid hotel expenses and nightly per diem).

Qualifications

To qualify, you must have a high school diploma or GED and possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License. By law, you must be at least 21 years of age.

Preferred qualifications are a TWIC Card,Tanker endorsement and Hazmat endorsement. As you will interact with customers and internal staff, fluency in English (verbal and written) will be important.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a DOT physical, drug test and DEA background check.

Additional Information

$30.00 per hour
