Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Yard Jockey with a Class A CDL to move trailers around the distribution center yard. You will work with a Professional Driver Trainer to learn the C&S Way and complete yard moves safely and efficiently to support gate times and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include operating a jockey wagon, performing pre-trip checks, and possibly driving on public roadways. Mid-shift hours with pay of $25/hour and benefits Day 1 are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and Medical Card.
• Experience maneuvering and backing trailers (up to 53') with a jockey wagon.
• Experience driving tractor trailer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers around the distribution center yard as directed.
• Perform pre-trip checks, fueling, and logs as needed.
• Back trailers into docks and reposition them safely.
• Assist with yard inventory and occasional store deliveries.
