Job summary

Barnard Construction is seeking a CDL Water Truck Driver to support water hauling and application for compaction and dust control at multiple NM/TX sites. The role requires a CDL, clean driving record, and experience with heavy trucks and fueling activities.

The position involves daily safety checks, vehicle maintenance, and coordination with site supervision. Availability for long hours in challenging outdoor conditions is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• Clean driving record.
• At least 2 yrs fueling and oiling heavy equipment.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drives truck to transport water for construction projects and apply water for compaction/dust control.
• Perform daily safety checks of fluid levels and inspect for leaks or damage before operation.
• Maintain vehicle in proper and safe working order and notify supervisor if repairs are needed.
• Perform incidental work items and duties within other crafts.
