Posillico Civil, Inc. is seeking a CDL A Truck Driver to support construction operations in Mission, TX.

The role focuses on safe transport of equipment and materials, water services for dust control, and providing site support to enhance productivity. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, a tanker-endorsed CDL A, and at least 3 years of experience with water trucks or gooseneck trailers on construction sites.

Qualifications

CDL A with tanker endorsement required.
Clean driving record.
3+ years with water truck/gooseneck trailer in a construction environment.
Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and materials.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Operate a water truck for dust suppression, soil compaction, and general site support.
Transport equipment and materials using a gooseneck trailer between job sites.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of all vehicles to ensure safe operation.
Maintain logs and service records in compliance with DOT regulations.
Assist with loading/unloading equipment and materials as needed.
Work closely with the Project Manager and site supervisors to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.
Adhere strictly to company safety policies and state/federal transportation regulations.
