Job summary

GFL Industries is seeking a Residential Driver to safely and efficiently collect solid waste and recyclables on curbside routes in Wisconsin. The role requires operating a residential/truck, loading materials, and performing routine safety inspections.

Pay starts at $22.50+ per hour, depending on experience, with CDL preferred. Benefits include PTO, health plans, 401(k) with employer match, and other disability and wellness offerings. Individual must adhere to safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL/Commercial Driver's License required (Class A preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.

Responsibilities

• Operate residential/recycling collection truck to collect waste or recyclables on assigned routes.
• Load waste/recyclables into the vehicle and operate compaction equipment.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections and complete required reports.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and document route activities for supervisor.
