Job summary

Okie Staffing is seeking a reliable CDL Class A or B Driver to join our waste management client’s team. You will operate refuse collection vehicles on assigned routes, ensuring safety and DOT compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include performing pre-trip inspections, handling route paperwork, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. A minimum of 1 year CDL experience and a clean MVR are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL is required.
• Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience.
• Clean MVR and ability to pass a DOT drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL Class A or B waste collection vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Collect and transport residential, commercial, or industrial waste per routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Complete daily route paperwork and documentation.
• Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Report vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and team outside the truck.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
