Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is desired.
• Must possess valid CDL.
• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• Ability to meet safety-sensitive criteria per company standards.
• Ability to safely drive truck and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a fully automated side loading truck and related equipment on designated routes.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and daily reports.
• Report vehicle mechanical issues to supervisor or mechanic immediately.
• Maintain route quality as per management standards.
• Follow safety policies and company rules.
• Keep vehicle clean inside and out.
• Maintain and provide requested documentation.
• Comply with laws and company directives.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Work independently with minimal in-field supervision.
• Collaborate with supervisor to improve routing.
• Overtime may be required.
• Attend safety and branch meetings.
• Perform other duties as required.
