Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck and provide prompt waste removal services for customers on assigned routes. The role requires pre/post-operation inspections, adherence to safety rules, and daily completion of vehicle condition reports.

Responsibilities include loading refuse, operating the packer, and disposing at authorized sites, while maintaining courteous customer interactions and meeting productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement.
• Ability to perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections per policy.

• Load refuse, operate the packer, and dispose of material at designated facilities.
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers, and colleagues to ensure timely service.
• Complete required route/productivity sheets and VCRs; maintain safety standards.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in the ReSOP program.
