Job summary

Montana Department of Justice, Motor Vehicle Division in Helena is seeking a CDL VIN Specialist to issue commercial driver’s licenses and supervise testing. The role will require attention to documentation, perform outdoor work in inclement weather, and occasional travel to other exam stations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, data systems and customer service experience, and the ability to obtain a CDL within the first year.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience working with computerized data systems.
• One year customer service experience.
• One year of cash handling experience.
• Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver License (CDL) for testing and training purposes, within the first year.
• Other combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities
