Job summary

Dealer Services Network in Great Falls, MT is seeking an MVD Express-Motor Vehicle Clerk to process a wide range of motor vehicle transactions in compliance with state requirements.

The role involves direct customer interaction in person and by phone, performing licenses, titles, registrations, and related services, plus conducting road tests as needed. Monday–Saturday availability is required, with hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Montana Driver’s License (required).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle review.
• Clear and professional English communication.
• Accurate and efficient Windows-based computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Process motor vehicle transactions accurately and professionally.
• Assist customers with licenses, titles, registrations, notary services.
• Conduct road tests as required.
• Verify identification and documentation for authenticity and completeness.
• Complete forms and collect applicable fees.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and provide excellent customer service.
• Protect confidential information and work in a team environment.
