Job summary

Vortex Companies, LLC is seeking a CDL Vac Truck Operator to join our growing team. The role involves driving and operating sewer-cleaning pump trucks and performing maintenance on waste systems, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include pre-shift vehicle inspections, performing laborer duties as needed, and supporting special projects. Travel is required as part of the job. Competitive hourly pay is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• CDL License, class A or B with medical card.
• Previous experience in the construction field.
• A record of safe vehicle operation.
• Good driving record over the last 3 years and successful completion of background check, reference check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate sewer-cleaning pump trucks.
• Perform general diagnostic and maintenance to waste systems.
• Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conduct pre-shift vehicle inspection.
• Performs laborer duties as needed to ensure a timely and quality job and carry out special projects as assigned.
• Travel Required.
