Job summary

Vortex Companies, LLC is seeking a Vactor Operator to drive and operate sewer-cleaning pump trucks and perform on-site maintenance for waste systems. You will conduct pre-shift inspections, support labor tasks, and carry out special projects as needed.

Qualifications include a CDL (A or B) with medical card, prior construction experience, and a good driving record. Pre-employment background checks, references, and drug screening are required. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• CDL License, class A or B with medical card is required.
• Experience in construction field preferred and a clean driving record is essential.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, reference check, and drug screen is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate sewer-cleaning pump trucks.
• Perform general diagnostic and maintenance to waste systems.
• Operate all equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-shift vehicle inspection.
• Carry out laborer duties and special projects as assigned.
• Travel required.
